• Submitted documents: will only be available and accessible to you and your organization. This is ensured from a technological point of view by the Legau team.

• Any data you enter: will be kept within the Legau environment and all information transmitted to our system is encrypted in transit (SSL) and protected.

• External access: External access is restricted to the Legau team and is for maintenance and support purposes only.

• AI Assistant: We access AI models via private, dedicated servers that have a zero-retention API. In other words, all information is encrypted and we do not interact with any service operated by OpenAI when using customer data.

That means your data:

• are NOT available to other customers,

• NOT available for OpenAI,

• They are NOT used to enhance OpenAI or Microsoft Azure models,

• They are NOT used to improve any third-party product or service.

• are NOT stored in the templates

• Prompts may be stored by Legau porn for a maximum of 30 days for support purposes only.
