How can I review documents according internal standards?
You just have to choose the content to review and compare it via this button
with the version you have in the internal standards. If you want to replace it, just click on "Insert markup" and the changes will be introduced automatically in track changes.
How can I make annotations the content database?
The content bank will help you collaboratively build your internal knowledge through annotations. Whether it's negotiation tips, reminders of case law, notes on when to use certain content,or other types of annotations, simply use this button

How can I search in the DMS?
Whenever you want to search for an expression, you should put the expression in question in quotation marks (" ") to get more targeted results. You can also use the AND (add) and OR (alternative) operators so that the search takes into account more than one word or expression. For example, if I want to find a right of first refusal clause in a share purchase contract, I could put: "right of first refusal" AND "share".
How can I review and negotiate legal documents?
You can ask the Assistant to help you with tasks related to the review and negotiation of legal documents, namely in:
Automatic revision (redline) of clauses through mere instructions;
Generation of argumentation, for example in the context of negotiating a clause or drafting a procedural document;
